Refund policy
We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.
If you receive an item that you believe is defective, get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item through the Contact Us tab and please provide clear details of the issue. We will get in touch and you will then need to provide pictures showing the defect in the reply email. We will conduct an assessment and after this, if a defect is identified, we will offer a refund or replacement for the product depending on the stocked item and availability. We aim to refund you within 14 days after agreement is made on the defective product. Please note for international orders we only offer refunds.
