Shipping policy

For all orders over $150 AUD that ship Australia wide, we provide a free standard shipping option (Free Shipping Discount). We do not offer free international shipping. Free Shipping Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 

For orders of items in stock we always aim to ship within 3 business days from when the purchase is made. During a themed release or periods of high volume, this may take longer. 

We will always be 100% transparent and if any delays occur we will inform you right away via our Socials.

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout. Please note there may be tariffs and fees associated with shipping to the United States, which will be calculated automatically. 

Once Merezen has shipped a parcel, it is the responsibility of the courier company to deliver the parcel. The customer may need to contact the courier company to follow up the progress of a shipment as it is outside our control once it is shipped. 

Please note: If you change address you are responsible for notifying us before your product is shipped. If you have not advised us of an address change then we take no responsibility for lost parcels and it is up to the customer to follow up with Australia Post.

If your country of origin has extra taxes, tariffs or other costs, these are not the responsibility of Merezen to cover. Please be aware of any extra costs associated with your countries import requirements.
