Merezen (ABN 61 196 606 479) is a small business registered in Melbourne, Australia. When you shop with us, these T&Cs apply. We are always keeping this up to date so make sure to check before you shop as the latest set will apply.
Prices and products
We’re a small family business and there’s a lot going on. Sometimes we’ll list the price of a product or its description wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered we will give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it and getting a refund. Depending on the price and your order, delivery costs may also be included.
Product colours
The manufacturing process produces slight variations in the colour of products, in particular rainbow and gold. These variations are not a defect and are part of the colouring process. We take great care when taking pictures, however images will always vary from one computer screen to another.
Promo Codes
Every so often we will offer Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price on your orders. It will be up to you to enter the code at checkout. Each Promo Code will have its own rules which will be described when they are announced or provided.
Concerns or complaints
Not everything can be perfect all the time. If something goes wrong and you need to talk to us, please contact us through our Contact Us tab and we’ll do everything we can to resolve your issue.

Please make sure you provide us up to date details so we can provide you with the best service possible, as its up to you to provide accurate information. We only ever use information you provide to make sure you have a great experience with us.
User generated content
We love seeing your designs and what you make. Nothing makes us happier than seeing the magical creations our customers pull together. When you publish these on our social media pages you agree that we can use your handle and the content and that anyone in the content has given permission as well. If you, or anyone in the content asks us to remove the content, we will remove it from the social media accounts that we control. You understand that once something is posted other users can share and use it, which is outside our control.
Fair use
If we notice an unusual pattern of refund requests, then we may have to refuse future orders from you or refund requests. If you feel we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch through our Contact Us path and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.
Countries we ship to
At the moment we ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, Singapore, United Kingdom and a few other countries. If you are outside an area we ship to and wish to purchase a product please get in touch through our Contact Us path or Socials and we can provide you with more information including shipping costs etc. We are always happy to try to help.
If your country of origin has extra taxes, tariffs or other costs, these are not the responsibility of Merezen to cover. Please be aware of any extra costs associated with your countries import requirements.
